These Terms govern access to and use of UERSIS — the portals operators run at yourname.uersis.com and the UERSIS apex (together, the “Service”). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by [operating entity to be named], trading as UERSIS (“UERSIS”, “we”). A portal may be presented under the operator’s own name, such as a Hub.
What UERSIS is, and is not
UERSIS is a hosting and presentation platform. Operators upload photos, video, 360° imagery, maps, surveys, point clouds, documents and flight records they captured themselves, and decide who may see them. UERSIS does not capture, create, inspect, verify or certify any of that content. The operator who uploaded it is responsible for its accuracy, for holding the rights to publish it, for the people it is shared with, and for any agreement it was produced under. In the same way that a slide deck is the author’s, not the software maker’s, the content in a portal is the operator’s, not UERSIS’s.
Some features compute from that content — distances and areas on a map, volumes between surveys, temperatures read from a thermal frame, and findings or summaries suggested by the SI Agent. These are tools working on the operator’s data and are provided for the operator’s review. They are not engineering, survey, inspection, legal, insurance or regulatory advice, and nothing produced by the Service certifies compliance with any rule, including aviation rules.
1. Authorized access only
Every portal is private. Access is restricted to the operator’s team and to viewers the operator invites, project by project. You must not share your credentials or provide access to anyone who is not authorized. Invitation links are personal and single-use.
2. Confidentiality
Content made available through a portal is confidential and provided for authorized purposes only. You may not copy, download, distribute or share it except as the owning party allows — including where the operator has switched downloads off for your access.
3. Content ownership
Content hosted on the Service belongs to the operator that uploaded it, or to the client it was produced for under their own agreement. UERSIS claims no ownership. No licence is granted to you beyond authorized access and use.
4. Operator accounts, seats and plans
An operator account is opened by its owner and is responsible for everyone it invites. Team members occupy seats; viewers are free and unlimited. Plan limits (seats, active projects, storage, modules) are enforced by the Service. The account owner is responsible for the accuracy of what is uploaded, for holding the rights to publish it, and for the access it grants.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service unlawfully, upload content you have no right to distribute, attempt to breach or probe its security, interfere with other accounts, or grant, enable or attempt access for unauthorized parties.
6. As is; no warranty
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NO REPRESENTATION IS MADE THAT ANY CONTENT — INCLUDING MEASUREMENTS, VOLUMES, TEMPERATURES OR COORDINATES DERIVED FROM IT — IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY LEGAL, INSURANCE, REGULATORY, FORENSIC OR EVIDENTIARY PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from the Service or its content is limited to the fees paid by the operator for the month in which the claim arose, and there is no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. How content is used, distributed or relied upon is the responsibility of the party that owns it and the users it authorizes.
8. Suspension
Access — to a user, a project or a whole account — may be suspended or terminated at any time, including for any breach of these Terms or non-payment.
9. Acceptance and changes
You accept these Terms by ticking the box when you create an account or accept an invitation; the time, version and network address of that acceptance are recorded. When the Terms change materially, a new version is shown at your next visit and the Service is not available until it is accepted. Operators are responsible for making their own team and viewers aware of these Terms.
10. Our side
Each account’s content is isolated from every other account’s, enforced in the database, not only in the interface. If that isolation or the security of the Service ever fails in a way that affects your content, we will tell the affected account owners promptly and plainly.
11. Support
Every paid plan includes the support level shown for it on the Pricing page, given Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time, excluding statutory holidays, at support@uersis.com. Reply times are first replies on business days, counted from when your message arrives; they are targets, not guarantees of a fix within that time. Uersis SI, the in-app assistant, is available at any time and can be wrong. An uptime commitment with service credits applies only to Enterprise accounts, on the terms set out in their agreement.
