Photos, video, 360s, orthomosaics, 2D maps, 3D models, LiDAR, bathymetry and thermal, alongside the job itself: work scope, crew, daily progress, sign-off and the report. All in one platform for you and your customers.
UERSIS was created by a team working in the industry who wanted a better way to run projects and present them to customers. Files and reports were not reaching customers, lost among scattered uploads, expiring links and long email threads. None of it met the standard needed to show the quality of the work the crew had done.
So we built the portal we wanted to hand our own customers: one place for everything a project produces from start to finish, scope, communication and progress tracking, organized, current and easy to explore, with the intelligence to help make sense of it.
UERSIS is not just a place to drop files when the job is done. It is where the job runs. Your manager sets the scope, your crew reports from the field every day, each task is signed off, and your customer follows along the whole way.
A project is created in your portal and the Work Scope breaks the job into tasks, the way your customer thinks about it. Every task carries a status, Not started, In progress or Finished, and the manager signs each one off when it is done. Progress is tracked from day one and your customer can see it.

An assistant built into your portal that knows the product, sees your projects and works alongside your team. It works inside your account only and never sees another company\u2019s data.
Works out which area of the site every file belongs to from where and when it was captured, what is in it and its name, and suggests new areas when the site needs them. You approve the whole sort in one click.
Every photo is checked for blur, exposure and obstructions as it uploads. Ask it to check a project and it lists failed files, duplicates, missing GPS, areas missed on the latest visit, patchy LiDAR scans and thermal frames with odd readings, before your customer sees them.
Looks at every photo and video as it uploads and flags what it sees: corrosion, cracks, lifted flashing, ponding, moss, missing fasteners, and heat loss on thermal frames, each with a severity and where it is in the frame. Your team accepts a finding as a note on the photo or dismisses it. Customers only see what you accept.
Compares two visits to the same place, matching photos by position and reading both maps, and tells you in plain language what has changed, where and roughly how much. For bathymetry and wall thickness it works from the measured figures.
Picks the items, writes the summary and a note under every figure in your report wording, and lays it out on your branded template. You read the draft, ask for changes, and confirm it before it goes out.
Drop in equipment manuals, P&IDs, tank drawings and specs, for the whole account or one project. It reads the right one when you ask and answers with the document and page. Only your team sees them.
Ask in plain words, such as “show me every photo of the north wall from September”, and it brings back the right files from any project. No folders to dig through.
Create a project, invite a customer, set up a report, change a setting or open any page just by asking. Every change waits on a card for you to confirm, it only does what your role allows, and everything it does is logged.
Full-resolution originals are kept and fast viewing copies are made for you, grouped by area in the order they were captured, with a timeline of everything day by day.
Look around from every capture point. From Team, each one is pinned on the site map.
A zoomable site map with a scale bar, layers to compare, and measuring tools from Team.
Slide between two captures of the same place to show what changed.
DJI radiometric frames your client can probe point by point, with spot and box readings, isotherms and the marks your team pins for them.
The SI Agent looks at every photo and suggests findings. Your team accepts them as notes on the photos, adds arrows and markup, and the agent drafts the branded inspection report. Your client opens the marked-up photos in their portal and downloads the PDF.
Orbit, measure and slice a 3D scan in the browser, with nothing to install. Every photo and 360 sits on the scan where it was taken, and drone video traces its flight path as it plays. Markers give real coordinates your crew can open in Maps or export.
Textured models of a structure or site that your client can spin, zoom and inspect from any angle in the browser.
Drop the vendor report from Voliro, Flyability or a hand gauge, plus Voliro's CSV or JSON. Every reading becomes a point with its location, wall loss against the minimum allowable, the trend since the last survey and a branded report.
DJI high-resolution grid photos: the wide frame with every zoomed-in tile one click away.
Your ArcGIS, DroneDeploy, Site Scan and Pix4D views inside the project, beside everything else.
Depth surfaces, cross-sections and fill or scour volumes between surveys, with a branded report.
A DJI FlightHub shared stream inside the portal, so your client can watch the job as it happens.
Drawings, permits and PDFs beside the media, and branded reports generated on request.
Nine reasons operators move their jobs out of file transfers and email and into a platform of their own.
The portal carries your logo, your colors and your address. Clients see your company, not ours.
No file transfers that expire and no folders to explain. Every client always has the current set.
Invite a client to one project, choose whether they can download, set an end date, and revoke access instantly.
The scope, each day’s progress and every sign-off are on record where your customer can see them. Nothing to chase, nothing to dispute.
Sign-ins, invitations and changes are logged, so you can show who was given what, and when.
Viewers never take a seat. Invite as many people on the client side as the job needs.
Large video, GeoTIFF maps and point clouds are processed for the browser automatically after upload.
Questions about a photo or a survey are asked and answered inside the project, so nothing is lost in email threads.
It organizes uploads, checks every file, drafts reports in your wording, works from your manuals and drawings and answers questions, so every delivery goes out with a professional finish.
Every photo, map, model, survey and report from the job in one place, with the progress of the job itself, under your name.
They browse by area and date, open anything full screen and compare one visit with the next.
An invitation from your portal, their email already filled in. One password and they are in.
An inbox inside the portal, so questions about a project stay with the project.
Drones come first, with an aircraft registry, battery tracking, pre- and post-flight records and airspace authorizations (LAANC, NAV Drone, SFOC). But the portal takes whatever captured the work: upload it and it is processed, filed and delivered the same way.
