What is UERSIS?
A Super Intelligence platform for drone and inspection operators. You run the job in it, scope, crew, daily progress, sign-off and the report, and your customers follow along in a private, branded portal that holds every photo, video, 360, map, scan, survey and report. There is nothing for them to install. Read more on the About page.
Is UERSIS a file-sharing service?
No. File sharing hands over the files when the job is done. UERSIS runs the job in between: the Work Scope with each task tracked and signed off, the crew and customer contacts, a Daily Progress page for every day, messages that stay with the project, and the report at the end, with the deliverables alongside. Your crew can update progress from their phone through the UERSIS app.
Do my customers have to pay or set anything up?
No. Customers you invite are viewers, and viewers are free and unlimited on every plan. They get an email with one link, choose a password, and land inside the project you shared. There is nothing to install.
Can I see it before I sign up?
Yes. Northwind Aerial is a fictional operator with a live portal you can open as the owner or as their customer, read-only, with nothing to sign up for.
Which plan do I need, and can I change it later?
Every plan includes photos, videos, 360s, the 2D map, Before / After, Thermal, Embed, Daily Progress, Timeline, Flight Ops, Documents and the Field App. Each plan up adds more:
- Team: roof and building SI inspections, Grid Photos, advanced 2D maps with measuring and media on the map, advanced Thermal, 3D Mesh and LiDAR.
- Business: advanced LiDAR with photos, 360s and videos placed on the scan, Bathymetry, UT inspections, your own domain and no “Powered by UERSIS”.
- Enterprise: white label, custom modules and integrations, SSO.
Plans also differ by seats, active projects and storage; the Pricing page lists each one. You can move up or down at any time, and downgrading never disables a section you already have.
Can I add a module without changing plans?
Yes, by the month, on Account → Billing:
- Basic to Advanced: Thermal or the 2D map on Solo for $20 a month each, LiDAR on Team for $49 a month. One flat price, not per seat.
- Specialist modules: Grid Photos or 3D Mesh $25, LiDAR $50, Bathymetry or UT $99 a month each, on a plan that does not include it.
In development: OGI Inspections, Air / Gas Monitoring, AirData Integration, FlightHub Integration, Live Stream. Ask us about early access.
Is there an app for my crew?
Yes, the Field App is included on every plan. Your crew adds it to their phone’s Home Screen from the browser, with no app store and nothing to update. They shoot straight into the right project and section, photos keep their GPS and capture time, and with no signal the files wait on the phone and send when it reconnects. Crew check in on site so your client sees who was there, shoot Before and After pairs, and answer client messages from the field. Your clients use the portal itself, which fits their phone.
What support do I get?
Every plan has Uersis SI in the app, around the clock: ask it how to do something and it answers from the UERSIS manual and your own projects. Our team answers Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time, excluding statutory holidays, at support@uersis.com.
- Solo: Email support, reply within 2 business days.
- Team: Priority email, reply next business day, plus a setup call.
- Business: Same day support, onboarding and one project migration, and account reviews twice a year.
- Enterprise: Dedicated contact, 2-hour critical response, 99.9% uptime SLA.
Reply times are business days and count from when we receive your message. The full comparison is on the Pricing page.
What happens if I go over my storage or project limit?
Nothing is deleted and your customers keep their access. Storage beyond what your plan includes is billed at $0.25 per GB. If you reach your limit of active projects (10 on Solo, 50 on Team), archive a finished project or move up a plan to start a new one.
How do I cancel my account?
Contact us from the account owner’s email address and we will close the account. There is no long-term contract on the monthly plans. Download anything you want to keep before you cancel.
What happens to my files after I cancel?
Your content belongs to you. When an account is closed, your team and your customers lose access to the portal, and your content is deleted at your direction. If you would like time to download your originals first, tell us when you cancel.
Who owns the media I upload?
You do, or the customer it was produced for under your own agreement with them. UERSIS claims no ownership of anything hosted in your portal. See the Terms of Use.
Who can see my projects?
Only your team and the people you invite, project by project. For each customer you choose whether they can download, set an end date if you want one, and you can revoke access instantly. Sign-ins, invitations and changes are logged, and every account is kept separate from every other. See the Privacy Notice.
Can it do roof or building inspections?
Yes, on Team, Business and Enterprise. The SI Agent looks at every photo for corrosion, cracks, lifted flashing, ponding, moss, missing fasteners and heat loss on thermal frames, and suggests each finding with a severity and where it is in the frame. You accept a finding as a note on the photo or dismiss it, add arrows and markup, and the agent drafts the branded inspection report. Your customer opens the marked-up photos in their portal and downloads the PDF. Findings are visual observations to support your professional review, not a licensed engineering inspection.
Does it fit my kind of job?
Each project has a type: area or asset inspection for one or two days on site, progress for jobs that run weeks or months, and bundle or tank cleaning with each stage laid out in order. The type sets up the sections and what your customer sees, and you can change any of it afterwards.
What kinds of files can I upload?
Photos and video from any device, 360° panoramas, DJI high-resolution grid photos, GeoTIFF orthomosaics, thermal frames, LiDAR point clouds, textured 3D mesh models, bathymetry surveys, and documents such as drawings, permits and PDFs. Originals are kept at full resolution, and fast viewing copies are prepared automatically after upload. UT vendor reports and their CSV or JSON exports are accepted too. A single file can be up to 5 GB (photos up to 60 MB, PDFs up to 100 MB). Some specialist sections depend on your plan.
Can the portal carry my own branding?
Yes. Every portal has your logo and colors and its own address at yourname.uersis.com. A custom domain and removing the “Powered by UERSIS” line are available from the Business plan.
